As Thanksgiving approaches, I’ve been sharing some of my favorite sides to inspire your holiday table. Today, I’m extra excited to showcase a sweet treat that’s sure to steal the show: Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler!
This simple yet decadent recipe combines warm cinnamon-spiced peaches with layers of gooey cinnamon rolls, topped off with a drizzle of icing for the ultimate comfort food dessert. It’s perfect for those who want to wow their guests with minimal effort. Let’s dive in!
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 (17.5 oz) can cinnamon rolls
- 1/4 stick butter, cut into small pieces
Directions:
- Prep the Peaches: In a bowl, combine peaches, cinnamon, cornstarch, & vanilla. Mix thoroughly & set aside.
- Slice the Cinnamon Rolls: Cut the cinnamon rolls lengthwise into strips without separating them.
- Assemble the Cobbler:
- Generously butter a baking dish.
- Layer half the cinnamon roll strips at the bottom.
- Pour the peach mixture evenly over the strips.
- Add the remaining cinnamon roll strips on top, crisscrossing or layering as desired.
- Tuck small pieces of butter into the gaps.
- Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F & bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are golden & cooked through.
- Finish with Icing: While warm, drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll can over the top for a sweet, glossy finish.
Why I Love This Dish
