In Palm Springs, the average home sold for $814,000, while the median list price in Rancho Mirage hit $920,000. Cathedral City saw 32 homes sold, marking a 14% increase compared to last year. Over in Palm Desert, the average sale price climbed to $799,000, up 8%. La Quinta had 61 homes sold, up 11%, and 34 new listings hit the market in Indian Wells. Indio’s median sale price came in at $590,000.
