Hey they, Jermaine Antonio here! 🍹 Happy National Tequila Day! What better way to celebrate than by mixing up a refreshing margarita with a little twist? Today, I’m sharing my Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita recipe that’s sure to be a hit at any summer gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 2-3 slices of fresh jalapeño (adjust based on your spice preference)
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Salt for rimming the glass (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glass: If you like a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the edge of your glass and dip it into a plate of salt. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Margarita: In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pineapple juice, and jalapeño slices. Fill the shaker with ice.
