Pineapple Coconut Sorbet
Ingredients:

h pineapple, peeled & diced
•1 can (14oz) coconut milk
•1/2 cup sugar
•1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions:
1.Blend the Ingredients: Combine your diced pineapple, coconut milk, sugar, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth, ensuring all the ingredients are well incorporated.
2.Churn the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This usually takes about 20-30 minutes, depending on your machine.
